Who Should Join Us

Primary Care Providers who are:

• Delivering MAT to their patients and wish to have behavioral health support for their patient’s co-occurring mood disorders.
• Prescribing psychotropic medications to their patients and wanting to collaborate with behavioral health specialists.
• Treating patients with multiple chronic diseases and wish to enroll those patients in a program that will provide monthly assessments, remote monitoring, and even an exercise program when indicated.
