CI offers a process by which PCPs refer patients and receive information, data, findings, from the CI care team.</p> <p>These patients are referred by PCPs in two ways from their EHRs: 1) Fax and 2) Direct Message

<span style='font-weight: 400;'>PCPs review this data through CI’s registry at their convenience. This PCP review initiates the</span><b> insurance claims submission process in CI on behalf of the PCPs</b><span style='font-weight: 400;'> who are </span><b>reimbursed</b><span style='font-weight: 400;'> for services rendered during their review.</span>
